Rise Up Singing: The American Folksong Movement Post-World War II - The folk music of the post-World War II era gives students insight into societal issues that would come to the forefront in the following decades and are still in the media today. Featuring works by music pioneers like Pete Seeger and Woody Guthrie. Performance length: 50 min.
